MEET YOUR COACH
Antoinette
‘My message of hope for late-diagnosed women: with the right support and a flexible plan, you can thrive with ADHD.’
In my time I have worn many hats: community worker, teacher and adult educator, disability support worker, professional writer, presenter and workshop facilitator. I also happen to like wearing actual hats!
A common thread connects all these roles.
As a quirky kid who struggled with her ‘difference’, did well academically but never felt I fitted in, I was fortunate to have some understanding teachers who saw, heard and encouraged me to find ways to follow my passions, and achieve my goals.
Creating new pathways in the brain
Today, helping clients’ harness their interests, passions, values and strengths is a cornerstone of my approach. It’s one of the most effective ways of developing new habits and routines that stick, and creating new pathways in the brain.
Put simply, neuroplasticity, is our brain’s ability to rewire. When we tap into this ability, we can see great improvements in everything from cognition, to managing emotions, and overall wellbeing.
Neuroplasticity represents ‘hope-in-action’ for neurodivergent people looking for solutions to every day struggles.
Integrity’s Jam
Vision
I advocate for a society in which the neurodiverse have greatly expanded opportunities to access the support and scaffolding needed to live healthier, happier lives.
Mission
Delivering evidence-based education that offers real hope, while enhancing awareness and understanding of neurodiversity, both for those living with differently wired brains and the wider community.
North Star
Embodying neuro-affirming values of:
Acceptance of difference, and authenticity in how we turn up, for self and others
Honesty in expressing needs, wants, dreams and hopes
Respect for boundaries
Empathy and Compassion in response to individual experiences
Kindness… just because.
