• You book sessions online and pay in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• If you cancel more than 24 hours before, you can reschedule.
• Cancelling within 24 hours may mean you lose 50 percent of the fee.
🧠 Your Role
• Coaching works best when you join in honestly and actively.
• You’re responsible for your own choices and progress.
🔒 Privacy
• Your information is kept private and safe.
• We only share if the law requires it (for example, safety concerns).

• The words, graphics, and resources on this site belong to us.
• Please don’t copy or share without permission.

• Coaching is not a replacement for doctors or therapists.

• Coaching is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. It does not replace advice from qualified healthcare professionals.
• Users are responsible for seeking medical or therapeutic support where appropriate.
3. Eligibility
• Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
• By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Booking and Payment
• Coaching sessions must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking system.
• Fees are displayed clearly before purchase and are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or other secure gateways.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see Section 5).
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for services not delivered as promised.
6. Client Responsibilities
• Clients agree to participate actively and honestly in coaching sessions.
• Clients acknowledge that outcomes depend on their own effort, engagement, and commitment.
• Clients must not use the website or services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is owned by Integrity Coaching and Mentoring, unless otherwise stated.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
• We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy.
